Book your in-home IV Iron infusion and skip the drive into your doctors office and the weeks it takes to get an appointment. Your in-home iron infusion will take roughly 30 minutes to complete and comes with the option to add-on a mini IV Vitamin C chaser to aid in the iron absorption.
Genetic Testing and Custom IV Creation
Book your genetic testing appointment today. Your first appointment will consist of a quick finger poke to collect a few drops of blood. Your sample will be sent off to our partner lab and within 2-4 weeks we will get your results. With them, we will be cable to create you a a vitamin IV infusion that is everything you need in the perfect amounts - based on your genes!

Concierge Nurse Services offers in-home Private Nursing Care! Whether you are recovering from a surgery and could use some extra support at home or you have an aging parent that is needing help in order to continue living independently you can hire our Certified Nursing Assistants. Or if you require a higher level of care and need the hep of one of our experienced Home Care Registered Nurses, we can help! We review requests on a case by case basis and charge accordingly. We're here to answer any questions you may have and help you make the best decisions for your health.
We are private pay only and there is a $200 visit minimum per in-home nurse/CNA visit.
